Secure payment

Every page of this site, and the ordering process in particular, is served encrypted over HTTPS: the data you enter travels encrypted between your browser and our server.

Payment methods

We accept bank transfer or deposit, card payment and cash at the time of fitting. The payment method is agreed when the order or the fitting appointment is confirmed.

Card payments are processed on the bank's gateway, outside this site: we neither store nor have access to your full card number. Cards are subject to the checks and authorisations of the issuing bank; if the bank does not authorise the charge, the order is not completed.

What we will never ask you for

We will never ask you for your PIN, your online banking credentials or your card security code by telephone, email or messaging app. If you receive a message claiming to come from us that asks for those details, do not reply and please let us know.
